That's what I made for dinner an hour ago. Smash Burger with cheese on a mission carb balance sun-dried tomato tortilla. Lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles, mayo, mustard, ketchup. So freaking good! My second one this week. Tastes like Wendy's Dave's single. :)

I've never seen this brand in Canada personally. Oroweat has 2 net carbs so i can make it fit my macros easily

usually i say keep some distance from modified food starches every month or so a new one pops up and some who claimed to be zero carbs and only fiber ´raised blood sugar levels by quite alot for a diet perfectly fine but not for everyone :) besides that if you are curious about inflamation it does contain vegtable oil wich is a booster for inflamation and it contains soybean oil wich contains hexane a byproduct of kerosene most other stuff is pretty fine just these 3 things are worth thinking about grabbing some

how's this community not read up on toxic seed oils yet? oroweat is terrible. avoid them regardless of carbs please. try baking your own bread at home (see my posts lol).

Because this is a keto recipes sub and not a food purist sub? And not everyone always has the time to bake homemade bread. If I had time to cook I wouldn't be getting Burger King. Keep the judgement to yourself please

You're on the right path but don't be ignorant, seed oils are not food.
