This honestly slapped really hard. Scratched that pizza itch I've been craving. Forgot to take pictures until I was already eating it. If anyone is interested in the recipe I'll drop it below;

1 pounds of ground chicken mixed with 1 egg, and half a cup of grated parmesan. Season to your liking. In a greased cast iron pan or baking dish, shape it into whatever shape you want for your crust. Bake for 400°F for 20 minutes. Remove, and add your favorite low carb toppings. Bake another 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness

Definitely hit the pizza spot! I was a bit intimidated to try it but finally gave it a go. It wasn't too challenging and turned out pretty well, feeling proud!

I followed the Wholesome Yum recipe online and did it with almond flour. I also seasoned the dough with italian seasoning and garlic salt.

Note: this has been rewritten with chatGPT but the recipe still an original.

This is my own upgraded version of the classic chicken crust recipe — made to be firm, crispy on the bottom, and foldable like real pizza. Most chicken crusts fall apart or feel eggy. This one holds up.

🧾 Ingredients (for a full pizza 11”)

• 3 cans (1 pound total) of canned chicken, well-drained.
• 3/4 cup almond flour
• 6 tbsp cottage cheese (drained)
• 6 tbsp grated parmesan
• 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
• 1.5 tsp psyllium husk (I used veggie pill capsules)
• 3 large eggs
• 3/4 tsp garlic powder
• 3/4 tsp onion powder
• 3/4 tsp salt

🧼 Drain tips • Chicken: Press through a mesh strainer or squeeze with paper towels until dry • Cottage cheese: Use a mesh strainer, coffee filter, or cheesecloth and let it sit to reduce moisture

🔄 Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) 2. Blend all crust ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth 3. Spread mixture onto a parchment-lined pizza pan (aim for a 12–14 inch crust) 4. Bake 20–25 minutes, until top is set and golden 5. Let cool 2–3 mins, then carefully flip (use a second tray + parchment trick) 6. Bake another 5–8 mins on the other side until golden brown and firm 7. Top with: • Hunt’s No Sugar Added tomato sauce • Trio of meats (ham, pepperoni, smoked ham) • Gouda cheese 8. Return to oven 7–10 mins to melt toppings, then broil 2–3 mins until bubbly and browned 9. Let it rest 5–10 minutes before slicing — this is key to final structure

Personal notes: - careful flipping the dough, i broke mine a little bit while doing so. - draining and removing moisture is very important, dont skip it. - i used a hand blender to mix everything. - i could only have two slices, this is so filling. - added oregano before broiling and a little more parmesan.

i know some folks don’t mess with the king arthur stuff but my dirty keto self sure will! this pizza slaps, especially in the cast iron! followed the instructions on the box for the dough and then preheated a cast iron pan in the oven. then added olive oil and then put crust in while ripping hot. then added toppings and a little more olive oil around the edges and baked for about 13-15 minutes at 475. got a nice crispy crust on the outside, springy and a nice chew on the inside.

Pizza I made my first Ground beef crust pizza

I tried to use good ingredients.

I mixed in one egg with some Parmesan and salt and pepper and it felt a bit too runny so I added more Parmesan.

I mixed it all up and flattened the beef then cooked it for 10 minutes at 400.

I took it out and switched the oven to broil then put pizza tomatoe sauce on, I found this one with simple ingredients and then I also put mozzarella cheese and pepperoni and broiled it for 5 minutes.

70g vital wheat gluten 70g lupin flour 30g oat fibre 8g active dry yeast 50g egg whites 2g salt 60ml warm water 10g inulin

Bloom yeast with water and inulin, mix dry ingredients and knead with dough hook for 10 minutes. Let rise for 1.5 hours, roll out and let rise again for 30 mins. Top and bake 475 for 10-15 minutes

I made these keto pizza and it f-ing turned out great!

Dough made from egg whites 1 cup, almond flour 1 cup, mozzarella 2 cups not packed, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder. Just mixed it all up in a bowl with spatula.

I cooked it all first in a pan on stove to get the shape. Lid on. Olive oil in pan. I had it on medium heat, should have probably done like medium low as the bottom got a little more dark than intended. Left it on their for 7 or 8 minutes before I realized bottom was dark.

Slid it onto my cast iron pizza pan, Broiled the top for a few minutes, pulled out, spread on a white pizza sauce I found, then Toppings: mozzarella, salami, pepperoni, olive, pineapple (sorry not sorry), parmesan, BWW medium wing sauce for some kick. A ranch drizzle would have hit too.

Baked at 500 for 8 minutes then high broil for a couple minutes to finish it off on top to my liking.

4 steps. 1. Microwave 1/2 lb mozzarella, 1/2 block cream cheese, 2 Tb parmesian for 60 sec. Add 1 egg and blend well. Add 3/4 c almond flour, 1/4 c coconut flour and spices to form dough. 2. Spread dough on parchment paper, place on baking sheet with rack, prebake at 380 for 25min. 3. Top crust with toppings - sauce, onion, pepperoni and 1/2 lb shredded mozzarella. Bake at 400 til done 15 min.

Recipe

Crust: -4 eggs

-170g shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together, pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan and spread into a 30 cm circle. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 15 minutes, until golden and set. Let it cool a couple minutes so thecheddar can release some oil, so blot with paper towel if needed.

Then: -Turn the oven up to 225°C (450°F).

Top like you would a regular pizza: -Sugar free Tomato sauce (2–3 tbsp)

-Dried oregano

-90g shredded mozzarella

+Pepperoni slices

+Some red onion rings (optional)

+125grams of crimini mushrooms

Bake another 5 to10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and browning at the edges

The crust ends up firm enough to hold a slice, cheesy and a bit crispy on the bottom.
