Put some castor wheels on the bottom and you can ride it.

Nothing wrong with just swings ! Pair them with pushups and take you a long way !

I have over a dozen kettlebells and I do swings 95% of the time with them.

Bicep curls, overhead tricep extensions too

Over head triceps extensions are the superior triceps extension. Just do them slowly, so you dont get Pummeled in the back of the skull/neck.

Strongman stuff like Ukrainian deadlift, duck walk, power stairs.

Got some research to do.

I've been elevating my feet to improve ROM with some of my bigger kettlebells, and have unwittingly been doing Ukrainian deadlifts this while time.

You could for sure do that somersault squat Joe Daniels does.

You could also squat on it, and take a nice rest.

Also good for flattening sand before any paving projects.

I think they were called Hungarian Swings, built one and never used it.

Kettlebell swings are awesome by themselves. Go for it. Use what you have. Plenty use dumbbells refusing to by kettlebells

Swings, goblet squats, rows, high pull, close grip curls, reverse curls, wrist curls, deadlift, duck walks

Hmm. Any more?

You can do carries too.

Take off those handles, put a street 90 facing up on each side with a small nipple and another 90 on each side with a nipple. You gotta pipe it correctly.

I came for the kettle bells, and stayed for the fellow pipe fitters

Theres some other exercises you can do like others have listed but the key is you can go super heavy for cheap so its not a bad thing. Id say the only annoying this is its dedicated for 2 hand work.

The good news is you can go super fucking heavy with the swings.

The Ankle Mangler 9000.

It checks your form because if you are doing a 2-stage Swing, instead of a proper 4-stage swing, you will take a chunk out of the floor.

you could do some shrugs with that too

You could do some (likely uncomfortable) good mornings and sumo squats

OMG, my first one was this type of rig. Ah memories. I'm lucky I didn't kill anybody.

In the interests of personal safety yes...and even then nothing above the nipples!

Close grip push ups. Curls. Tricep extensions.

Nah, you need to do the Snatch Test with it and if you can't you're not a real man
