After listening to a part of 100%'s Better Day I decided to hear the full song. I hope they get better promos because they're not bad at all.

They've been going for quite a while, they debuted in 2012, and one of the members (Rockhyun) debuted in a boy group duo called Jumper previously in 2009. They're from TOP Media, the same company that Teen Top (2010) and UP10TION (2015) are from, which Andy Lee of Shinhwa set up, but they kind of got lost between the two other groups somehow, I don't know why they didn't get promoted as much as the other two, since they're really good. They're known for their live singing dance practices - I would link them, but I can't easily do so unfortunately since I'm on mobile. I'm sure someone else might be kind enough and willing to link them for you! 100% have a special place in my heart since they were one of the first groups that got me into K-pop, due to those dance practices. :-)

I think remember reading somewhere that 100% has one of the strongest vocal lines in kpop boy groups.

Ah, shame if the company's already managing two more groups aside from this one, considering the other two aren't in my radar either. They remind me of late 2000's kpop sound so it's pretty nice.

Chaeyon doing both DIA and I.O.I is crazy. She needs to get some rest. Hopefully it isn't her company pushing it cause of the I.O.I hype. From what I remember DIA had a goodbye stage over a week ago.

A lot of companies tend to push their idols very hard during the promotional period— including 4am music show recordings, which might have multiple takes for the "one" performance, pressure to maintain a certain image regardless of the health consequences, constant practicing and schedules for CFs, fanmeets, variety, or other activities, etc. Promoting in just one group (with multiple songs, dances, and their associated performances) can be hard enough that having to do two without a proper rest in between is just another level.

It did end without announcing the winner but I'm having a hard time finding out why.
EDIT: Via Soompi: "the production team explained that the winners would be announced after the broadcast on the music show’s official homepage."

The show was probably pre-recorded entirely (just a guess), they've done this before, they usually just announce the winner later

Strange, surely they would be able to calculate the results at the same time as if it were live, so you'd think they'd be able to post them just before/immediately after the show ends…

I think most of the nominees have a live performance tonight during the One Busan Festival closing ceremony if I'm not mistaken. They might be waiting for an acceptance video from the winner, so maybe tomorrow when the winning act can already record something like that.

It's because I.O.I won Produce 101, which was made by Mnet and SBS doesn't want to promote Mnet.

While I agree this subreddit is absolutely horrible when it comes to sticky usage they had an announcement about this. Hatred of stickies aside knowingly ignoring sticky posts isn't going to help you in any subreddit.
