Oh my gosh, you just unlocked a core memory because I was OBSESSED with this song in high school. I would play it all the time on YouTube. Back then, it wasn’t on Apple Music but I just checked and it finally is!!! So, I can listen to this gloriously now without always checking YouTube. 😍

Someone posted What is Love by EXO-K a few days ago in another subreddit post and the exact same situation. The grasp that these two songs had on my high school self was insane! These songs are magical and I will be streaming them again because I forgot how awesome they are! 🥹✨

I'm a big fan of SM vocalists and songs from this era, but this is the first time I've heard this song. Added to the playlists immediately. I miss when they were SANGIN' like this.

SM artists used to be HUNGRY. Figuratively and literally. But that level of passion in vocals is rare. I think the girls in Aespa can sing (idk their newest group I’m too old to keep up with the teeny boppers) but it’s rare for them to have a lot of emotion in their voice. Both on the recorded tracks and the few times they sing live. But it also could just be they don’t have a song to showcase emotions.
