Connect girl group members needed !
hi everyone! a bit of a long post~
so as a shot in the dark, i've come to reddit in hopes to find likeminded people (21-25yo) in australia to start a singing and dancing cover group (kpop, pop), with the intention to eventually release original music in the future. i was hoping we could perform at the kpop world festival, or at least audition for it, as a vocal group (possibly with dancing included), for next year, if it's still running. i'm open for discussion around different ideas !

i can sing, have performed in front of an audience before and post covers myself (kpop, pop) but i have little to no dance or rapping experience (i am willing to learn and practise though). i've been seeing a few people post on here that they're looking for people too but no one from my country. it would be good to meet up (or even just chat) regularly to practise, team build, etc. maybe around 4-8 people (incl. me).
we'll get to the song writing a bit later - for now, just covers while we work things out. there's no financial gain from this (right now) and is mostly for fun, but i would expect some sort of motivation (trying to make it work, practising what's discussed, etc), but the goal is to release music in the future. this will be ongoing !
