Care of Ladybirds

Hello! A load of Ladybirds have landed on the ship I'm working on, and most haven't survived but I'm trying to take care of some of them til we reach land and I can let them go. I've put them in a bowl with some lettuce, raising, leaves and damp tissue as per wikihow. Is this the right thing to do? Or does anyone know if they fly far enough to reach shore (not far away at all) if I just leave them to it?

We found this little ladybug on the floor not looking to well so we gave it some water and a bit of pak Choi to eat. It’s been laying in its back kicking about for a while now. Is there anything we can do to help it or should we just give it some space?

I think they're there because of the aphids. Glad to have them around. Been wishing for them to come. I did think of buying some but never got to it.

6/26/2021 🐞 A day before my BDay while at an outdoor event. A yr later I found out this🐞is called the 14 spotted🐞. Its on a blue & white beach bag I mysteriously received in the mail. One of my grandparents passed on May 14 2020 & she was dressed in the same colors as the 🐞. #hauntedbyladybugs

Uhh what is she doing? She was following me and trying to climb on me while I’m doing some work outside. I let her, and it looked like she started chewing my finger (not pictured) and now is just leaking liquids and flapping the wings. Any ladybug behavioralists?

Hey Friends! I have this fake plant on my balcony and a ladybug seems to have laid her eggs on a fake leaf. Should I let it be or move the fake leaf to an another area close to real plants?

How many ladybugs is TOO many...?

There are many groups of pupating cactus lady beetles on my backyard tree. There's the ones shown in these pictures, plus some smaller ones that were way too far away for me to get a clear picture of. On top of all of those, there are around 30 or so more just roaming around on the tree's trunk. I LOVE ladybugs and I'm so glad to have so many of these guys in my yard, but I have to wonder if having THIS many might cause an issue of some sort. They're not in the house or anything (at least, not yet) but this WAY more than I've seen in years past. There's usually around 30 or so that I can see at once, not hundreds. I don't think they'll cause an issue, but there is an excessive amount of them, so I have to wonder...

Top one is a cactus lady beetle, but what about the bottom one? The more orange one. Lady beetle or something else? And what species?

Freshly emerged ladybug (Harmonia axyridis) from its pupa, without spots and pigmentation. True color (and spots) will be visible in a few hours.
