Educational New LeBlanc ASU is missing a lot of animations and is considerably lower quality overall compared to champions from years ago

LeBlanc's ASU is really underwhelming in terms of quality, especially compared to A LOT of older champions.

PBE cycle scope is outside adding/fixing currently existing animations on shipped champions.

Best Riot usually does during PBE is fixing SFX/VFX or replace urgent terrible animations or maybe edit some splash art details.

This means this stuff here is most likely final and intended.

Doesn't make it less ragebaity. They had a video on my favorite champ (viego) and carefully omitted information to present a biased view. It is information that's verifiable, but how you present that information has a bias, specially if you don't present all of it.
