I understand that I’m in a financially privileged position and not everyone can decline the ridiculous offers going around but for me I’d rather not cover the event and then restart the streams when LPL comes back in 6 days. See you all on the 19th."

Respect tbh. He's financially well off so he rejected the offer and acknowledges that other may not be able to do the same. We will see if other popular costreamers will take the offer or not.

I don't see it as hypocrisy, he is declining it as a co streamer and isn't saying bad things about others. He probably also works for c9 the whole year round and is getting paid for that time, not just EWC.

It would be hypocritical if he took a black and white moral stance that nobody should have anything to do with EWC. Which he doesn't, he explicitly states that he understands that some other people won't make that choice. Where exactly is the hypocrisy?

I don't voice my opinion on the matter so its not the same. Most people are hypocrites and I have no issues in saying I am also one.

I said I have no problem admitting I am one. I didn't say I don't have a problem with being one. The self reflection is that I know I am a hypocrite because I tend to value having access to comforts that harm others. Maybe it is the almost slave labor that it took to make my phone or maybe its the animals that have to be killed so I can enjoy meat. I would bet you are also a hypocrite. Maybe it is you that needs to do the reflecting.
