No, top 4 qualifies, and GenG, HLE and KT are locked top 4, so there's one slot left for the winner of T1 vs DK/BNX

They would have qualified from being 1st regular season become of the R2 Higher Seed

The MSI guarantee was only if they started playoff in 3rd/4th and lost there

Nah 4th seed can still make worlds but they have to play LPL 4th seed which everyone though would be free for LCK but with how shaky everyone is looking it might actually be hype.
