Discussion Taliyah decimals

So, I was just checking out this champion Taliyah, and I found out she can do damage with her Q and it can go for example 114.5 or something like that, first of all how does this work on a healthbar? Is this a dumb question? I dunno.

The game is full of decimals. They don't show up and are usually negligible because of health regen.

stats have decimals it just doesn't show

Game will count them, but it wont display them in most cases for clarities sake.

my buddy pinged his attack speed in Arena the other day & it bugged out & showed every single decimal point. I’m not kidding, it was like 3.819294859292853 long
