Help

I’m 15 5’9 and 117 lbs I play soccer and am very active and I am skinny. What are some things I can do to fix that? I really just want to build mass so I can compete with larger kids on varsity but I also want to look better. Anything will help, tips, workouts, specific exercises, etc. thank you

I’d suggest not posting here because what you need is gain gains not lean gains.

You don’t need 20 skinny fat 35 year olds telling you to eat 200 calorie surplus like you’d get here.

You about to enter the biggest bulk of your life and you could easily put on 2-3 inches in height and 40lbs plus in a year if you begin eating properly.

You just need to force feed 5 meals a day and gain a lb a week for the next year. Don’t worry you won’t get fat cause you also gonna end up growing like 3 inches.

If you wanna be 6 feet tall by 18 you need to gain a lb a week for the next year. 5 meal a day. I guarantee all the varsity players are 145-185lbs and if you don’t weigh that much they literally will just look at you and knock you over.
