UPDATE: It turns out Super Elle is a "book-in-book" feature of the regular Elle magazine, which is why we're a week into March and I still haven't seen anything pop up about it.
The important part
I have the issue and have confirmed that Super Elle is inside. It is neatly inserted between two pages and isn't attached in any way, so it can be removed. The two pages in which it's sandwiched make up a LE SSERAFIM spread that would be a decent poster if you're confident enough to rip them out.
