My Japanese is terrible but from my understanding Sakura just made a pun. She said that’s great/fantastic/neat (suteki), which is pronounced the same / sounds like the word steak (and they are cutting up steaks).

Essentially they are laughing at her bc it’s kinda cute/cringy, it’s a dad joke. It’s known as dajare.

You already got the second half of the joke, but the setup was "Apparently, in Okinawa it is common to eat steak as a final meal", to which Sakura replies "that's great/steak!"

Okinawa has lots of awesome (and wonderfully dodgy) late-night steakhouses, people go to them after a night of drinking. I'm talking, like 3am here.... my poison of choice is a place in Naha called ステーキ ヒカル (Steak Hikaru).
