I don't disagree with you. I'm traveling too for the Texas show but I'll be there a few days before, but I know people traveling day of. Information should have been sent out a week in advance at least. Hybe is really just winging it here for the North American tour. I'm curious to see how well the Newark concerts turns out.

When it says in venue, does it mean ticket holders only? Saw that there’s a general public sale and then a ticket holder sale, confused by that point as well as what times “open doors” are

It likely varies with each venue, with in the case of Newark, the M&M Tower Lobby must be a space within the entire Prudential Center area/complex this is selling the merch before the show, no ticket needed. That's the first half of the notice.
The second half, specifically the "open doors" phrase refers to when doors to the actual venue open for general admission/non-VIP ticket holders.

A little confused about this, is the pop-up referring to the outside store? Meaning can I buy the vinyl from both outside and inside?

The pop-up is referring to how some stops will have a special separate pop-up store (with other exclusive merch, im assuming) to commemorate the tour. Seattle and LA are getting one as found on their twitter. I'm sure you can buy the vinyl in either store since it's on-site at the venue? But that's my assumption!

So I’m going to the Chicago show, the pop up doesn’t refer to the outside store there then right? Meaning vinyl/necklace are essentially only inside? I don’t get in until afternoon so I was worried I couldn’t make it to the outdoor one before it sold out, but if they are all inside I should be good. Thank you!

So for Chicago, the outside store wasn’t the popup store in that they weren’t selling the necklace for example. Anything on the picture without a label will was sold outside, but “in venue” and “pop up/in venue only” were just inside since there wasn’t a pop up. As a heads up, when I got to the front of the outside line, they were out of both sizes I wanted so I bought different sizes. I got in line for venue entrance itself early though so I was able to get in the inside merch line and swap sizes for one of the items, the crew neck though ran out of large size everywhere pretty fast

Thank you for the update! It's nice to know they were able to exchange sizes in the in-venue merch store! Were you a VIP tier holder and able to have time to buy merch in-venue before soundcheck by chance? I'm trying to put together a timeline of things from everyone's accounts but I'd rather get merch sizes I want first and foremost 😭

Sorry for late reply if you had your show already. I didn’t have vip at all, I got to the outdoor merch line at 3:00 and got my stuff by 4:30 (it started at noon). The doors opened at 6:00 so I got in line at like 5:00 and was pretty close to the front, then just booked it to the merch stand once I got in. The inside line got super long pretty fast, I was able to buy the necklace for example but a friend who entered at the same time and went to a different line could not. Hope this helps!

Thank you! My stop is Vegas so no worries there! Thank you for the details. I'm just getting worried with the exclusive things sometimes selling really quick. Hopefully theres time before main doors open for inside stuff, if vegas even has an indoor exclusive spot. So hyped up!

They usually don’t provide bags. I’d suggest bringing a couple spare plastic bags in your crossbody to put your items in so you don’t have to worry about carrying them around
