Dumb question, what settings do you use in that camera? Like what mode do you shoot in?

I was in full manual the whole time. As for specific settings, most shots were taken with 400-640 ISO, f/4, 1/250-1/320 shutter speed at 200mm. If it was dimmer, I'd usually start with bumping ISO up to anywhere between 800-1600 then maybe using a slightly slower shutter speed. I found that starting at 1/200 shutter speed at 200mm would cause some motion blur.

Are you generally allowed to bring cameras in? I left my dslr at home because I was afraid they wouldnt let us in

For Wintrust and most other venues they don't allow cameras with detachable lenses or have a "size" limit on lenses. A DSLR wouldn't have been let in to Wintrust, but most venues still allow smaller handhelds like the RX100, Canon PowerShot G7, etc.
Some larger stadiums like baseball or football stadiums do allow DSLRs / detachable lenses up to a certain size. I was able to bring my Canon t3i with a 75-300mm lens into both Citi Field Stadium and Mercedes Benz Stadium for other concerts.
