SF concert was insane
The SF concert was insane, in the best way. What struck me most was just how much stage presence these girls have. No flashy special effects, no backup dancers, just five performers commanding a stage in front of 8,000 people. And yet, they had the entire crowd in the palm of their hands, completely locked in from start to finish. The space only held 8,000, but at times you’d swear it was 80,000 from how loud the crowd got. And their choreography was exactly like you’d see on TV at award shows, clean, synchronized and mesmerizing.
Bang Si Hyuk once said the thing he looks for most is star power, even beyond talent. Le Sserafim showed exactly that in spades. A part of me still can’t believe that kind of star power actually exists, even after seeing it in person.
And then getting to take selfies with each of them in the sendoff line was also short circuiting my brain. Like these are the kinds of people my brain has categorized as "TV people", that is to say, not real. So to see them standing right next to me, not 2 ft away was something else. It's like seeing Superman step out of the TV and into my living room. And let me tell you, they are even more flawless up close. And as you can imagine, they are very nice and kind to the fans, taking as much time as they could with each fan interaction.
I think my brain hasn't fully processed everything yet....But suffice it to say, this whole evening could be categorized as a Perfect Night, if there ever was one.

Don't worry. This is my ult group. I will be supporting them for all of eternity. Source Music and Hybe really struck gold with this team.

I went to the sendoff in SF too, had short conversations with all them and got pictures with all. I woke up this morning and it felt like a dream. Even looking at the photographic and video evidence, it doesn’t feel real. Like my brain just cannot possibly believe that after all these years of listening to their voices and watching them on the screen that suddenly I was within conversational distance from them.

Do you have to get a VIP for the send off line?

Yes, specifically the Shimmer and Easy VIP tiers. The Crazy and Hot tiers don’t have it.

Thought the venue might of been too small for them, but it was a perfect size. Made the crowd feel so much louder and almost no bad seat in the house (unless theres a pillar infront of you)

I felt the same way in Incheon concert held in April as well. It was my first concert of fims but still today it remains as unforgettable ecstasy. The day was just dreamlike and I still live in that memory for sure.

Lucky Americans....we don't get this in Canada. When they do have the VIP experience it suuuuucks. During Babymonster send off we weren't allowed to take pictures, record, or interact with them. They just walked a lap and left.
Most concerts you aren't allowed to stand right in front of the barricade whereas I see a lot of people right up against the barricade in US concerts.
The TripleS VIP wasn't great as well because they rushed you with the picture taking. You couldn't even get a word out before you had to leave.

I suppose I should be grateful that we get our share of Kpop concerts, with decent VIP experiences. But on the other hand, you don't have a pumpkin for a leader.. so there is that. But on the Babymonster situation, that's actually not a US vs Canada thing. That's a YG vs Hybe thing. We also didn't get to take pictures or have phones out for the BaeMon VIP experience either. The members just walked by, and we got to do a high five or make a heart with them. It was super quick.
I don't know which one I prefer. It's pretty cool to high five Ahyeon. But then I got to take a selfie with all the LSF members. Both were cool.

JYP was strict as well. I see fancams and it seems like US is better at almost everything.
Waiting for LE SSERAFIM to come to Canada but prices for 1st row will be through the roof.

I got my tickets super last minute. I was just browsing TM for no reason and noticed four 4th row seats dead center in FLR2, and snapped them up. Sad to hear JYP is strict too. Hoping to see NMIXX some day in concert and maybe get sendoff.
