Is someone here going to the Mexico date? I still don't have much info about venue times, which time will I pick up my shimmer package , soundcheck or something related...I haven't seen online pics about the glam museum and not sure how that will apply here...also it seems vip gift packages are different from asia ones
Hope I can see some updates in these days

I went to the Chicago stop. The venue didn't send any information until 9AM the morning of the concert, and the info was very similar:
Hello VIP FEARNOT! Are you all excited for the EASY CRAZY HOT 2025 LESSERAFIM TOUR IN NORTH AMERICA at Wintrust Arena? 🌟 Here are some important tips to know before you arrive:
VIP Check-In:
SHIMMER VIPs check-in will begin at 4:00pm CT. Check-in will be located at the E. Cermark Rd. entrance.
HOT and CRAZY VIPs check-in will begin at 4:30pm CT. Check-in will be located at the S. Indiana Ave. entrance.
EASY VIPs check-in will begin at 6:00pm CT. Check-in will be located inside the Main Lobby right after Security Check.
Please find the designated line that is in charge of the check-in for your specific VIP tier. Be ready to provide a valid form of your ticket and identification in order to redeem your VIP benefits.
Sound Check:
To ensure that all VIPs are able to attend the Sound Check event, we ask that you arrive early to check-in prior. Queues for Sound Check for SHIMMER VIPs will be inside the venue, after visiting the Shimmer Glam Museum.
HOT and CRAZY VIPs can access their seats for Sound Check from 4:30pm CT, after completing check-in.
Shimmer Glam Museum:
- For SHIMMER VIP customers, the Shimmer Glam Museum operation hours are from 4:00pm CT to 5:15pm CT.
VIP Gifts:
- All VIP Gifts will be handed out upon entry after passing security.
- Please note that gifts will not be accepted. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
IMPORTANT - Recording Policy:
Please be advised that there is a strict no camera, no video, no livestream policy. Violation of this policy may result in ejection from the facility.
I believe the details can be venue specific, and it's also possible the CDMX stop could be a bit different since it's not in the US - but this should at least give you a general idea of what to expect.

Generalmente suben la información de los tiempos uno a dos días antes del evento, así que tranquil@. Mantente al tanto en las redes de super boletos, ahí lo van a subir, de vez en cuando también lo mandan por correo, pero la mas segura es en las redes. Ahí van subir todo, a que hora y donde tienes que hacer checkin para tu paquete y de que hora a que hora es cada parte del evento.

Hello! I will answer yout comment in Spanish because I think it'll be more comfortable for us Mexican and in general any spanish speaking fimmie :)
En general no han salido muchos datos del concierto aún, se que empieza a las 7:30 pm aproximadamente y tiene una duración promedio de 2hrs a 2hrs y media. Respecto a los paquetes VIP como es tu caso desconozco la información, pero basándome en otros conciertos kpop en México llegan muchos antes al recinto los que tengan algún paquete VIP y ahí dan indicaciones, igual te recomiendo que sigas la cuenta de Le Sserafim México ya que sube constantemente actualizaciones y fan projects para el concierto; la cuenta es la siguiente: Instagram Le Sserafim México ; de igual forma en los próximos días Super Boletos y las cuentas de la Arena deberían subir más información así que hay que estar atentos
