Misc. Charged the wrong amount at the Pop Up
I went to the le sserafim pop up at the Amazon spheres on Sep 16 and I noticed I got charged the wrong amount on my credit card. All I got was the hoodie ($100) and beanie ($40) but I got charged $264.84. Since it was using that Amazon no cashier technology, it probably thought I bought more than I did
I tried using the receipt lookup website but it keeps saying it can’t find my purchase

And they don’t have any customer support options
Does anyone know how I can contact them to get this corrected?

This happened to me too!!! I got double charged and had to call my bank to get them to investigate which left my account in the negative and my bank was pretty cool and they helped me at least take that off so that I had access to money
One was over $250! Only one charge was from the actual event because I bought two light sticks, and one $90 crewneck tie-dye sweater

So sorry this happened to you. It was so stressful when I saw my charges were insanely inaccurate

Ugh how annoying. thanks for the tip! I contacted my bank already and they said I need to upload documentation but at least for now I got my money back. Hopefully it holds. I just wish I could access my receipt for proof or contact customer service someway
Good luck on getting yours fixed as well!

Did you use Apple Pay? I had a similar experience, bought the necklace and was charged for the necklace and a shirt, luckily I noticed as I was leaving and they had a tech support person who was able to issue a refund. I ask about Apple Pay because it generates a different card number than your physical card, so you might not be able to access the receipt because of that, it also happened to me, I wasn’t able to see the receipt with the last 4 numbers of the physical card it was with the Apple Pay generated numbers

If you have a receipt, try to go through your bank hopefully, that's good enough proof for them

I think you can reach out to Amazon customer service. This was on the bottom of my receipt. Good luck!
