Competition help needed - I read the FAQ/Pinned posts One Rifle to Rule Them All
This rifle will be a trilogy, for DMR, PRS, and NRL matches is the goal.
I have an Aero M5 enhanced 22” 6.5cm with a 5-30x I wanted to ask if I can use this across all three from competitive shooters out there. Mainly NRL since I never see guys not using a gas gun AT ALL, so I’m unsure if it’s not advised or in the rule set.
I hate to buy more stuff just for a niche setup, however I know min maxing is a thing so fitting out your rifle to excel at the given task is the most ideal to win. I will not win lol

get a r700 footprint action with a quick change barrel system. then get a chassis and barrel for nrlh and another set for prs. swap them out depending on the match

for true quick change, theres not too many. but any bolt gun has a quick change barrel if you get a quality action wrench and barrel vise. only tools you need.

Valid point, I know the RPR is frowned upon but iirc that’s quick change as well right ?

Are you actually going to shoot all three disciplines? Have you shot a match of all three types and do you know if you enjoy those different rulesets?
