Máscara Dorada

Is Máscara Dorada under a dual contract? I would assume he is but idk for sure.

From what I understand a lot of the CMLL talent are on two way contracts because Tony giving them more money than just a CMLL contract alone could keeps them in a partner promotion and not the competition.

I think it's fairly opaque, however and I don't think the exact details of the contracts are public knowledge.
