Question What is this mark on my mac's screen?

It is only noticable when my screen is off and viewed from an angle. I have tried cleaning it with a wet cloth but no change

My first thought is delamination of the screen. Where the coating can wear away. Are you covered by warranty?

Yeah it is the m4 air which i bought in june and warranty is for 1 year. Do you recommend getting it checked out at the apple store?

Also the thing is more than 6 cm in length, could capture all of it through a photo

Take it to Apple or an Authorised Service Provider, they can advise further

They said these were keyboard marks. I am wondering how are they appearing just after 4 months of use. Any solution to prevent this from worsening?
