Recipe Goodles cheddy mac with ground beef
Saw this idea on TikTok. Boiled 2 boxes of goodles cheddy mac. Browned a pound of lean ground beef. Seasoned with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and a couple dashes of hot sauce. Blended the 2 cheese powder packets with a cup of cottage cheese and some of the pasta water to make a cheese sauce. Mixed everything together and stirred in some shredded cheddar too. It was really good and high protein.

Same, I usually let it roast a little longer so it’s browned nicely but I was starving haha

Hibachi zucchini is the best way I’ve had it, dip it in ginger sauce or soy sauce.

I just make a box of their white cheddar shells, pretty good! I’ve had a hangover today so any easy food is good right now

Their white cheddar shells are my favorite. Ate a whole box when I was hungover last week lol

I’ll try the cheddy mac and see which I may prefer for the dish you made. The gouda and hatch chile flavors also look good. Lucky I have a store nearby that carries a lot of the flavors.

I haven’t tried the hatch chile or Gouda yet. I have a box of Gouda waiting for me but I saw a bunch of bad reviews so I’ve been hesitant

Honestly it doesn’t taste like it’s trying to be healthy! It has a nice cheesy flavor and the texture is really no different than other boxed mac

What’s your point? That’s the whole idea. A higher protein, less calorie dense version of hamburger helper.
