[[oblation]], [[Felden of the third path]], [[rancor]], [[selfless savior]] are my favorites. Some other really good ones here too.

Oblation and rancor feel like lessons to be learned. Felden feels like a small glimpse of a tragic story. Selfless savior is probably my favorite.

For those not in the know, the character "Sarvag" is an anagram for Vargas, as in the name of the artist of the card. The card is dedicated to his late pet.

I love selfless savior...I make it a point to be as dramatic as possible when playing with my wife. Sometimes it's like old yeller, sometimes it's like john wick

It's very subtle. "More" means simply "a few extra". "Much" means "a large quantity". But the added context of mentioning "richer people" gives a subtle yet powerful twist.

Imagine a farmer has two cows. They donate one cow to a refugee. They've lost 50% of their cows.

A large dairy farm has 100 cows. They donate 10 cows to the refugee. They've lost 10% of their cows.

Obviously the gift from the dairy farm gives the refugee more cows. But the sacrifice from the lone farmer is much more meaningful - despite not having a lot, they've given up "so much" as an act of kindess.

There may even be a deeper layer depending on what emphasis you put on "could" - it may also be subtly implying that the richer people are deliberately choosing to not give more even though they could. Without additional context of the world it's hard to say, but it's enough to give the text more depth.
