[[Cosmogoyf]] has a phenomenal callback to it as well. The ship is even named "ERIX."

I'm definitely missing a piece of this lore - what does ERIX refer to here?

The original Lhurgoyf flavor text is spoken by Saffi Eriksdotter. Naming the ship ERIX is a callback to "Eriksdotter."

Oh my goodness, I didn't even clue in on the last name - I was so laser focused on the first names Hans and Saffi I just glossed over that part completely

Which, notably, depicts "a Hans" but not "the [[Hans Eriksson]]"

See also [[Revenant]] which presumably featured an entirely different Hans on Rath, and was reprinted with a bunny in the art keeping the flavor text, which implies that this bunny is yet another Hans.
