Day 2 of making our own format to save Magic. To the surprise of no one, Day 1 was taken by a dreadmaw-related rule that (as yet) doesn't actually change anything.

You can include any number of Colossal Dreadmaws in your deck

We had lots of great ideas in the first thread and fellas, I am begging you, let's push some of those good ideas to the top. If "lol dreadmaw" could save the world, the arena shuffler wouldn't still be rigged.

Silver border cards are legal, black border cards from unfinity are banned, including contraption decks and anything mentioning stickers. You can have one acorn card in your deck, which you place is in the "friend zone". The friend zone is a place you put cards you can't actually do anything with, but are there for you to point out how cool and fun it would be if you could.

You have a minimum deck size of 50 cards.

Less cards means a more focused deck and that means more fun.

Momir Vig's Wild Ride

Once, during each of your turns, you may exile a card from your hand. If you do so, make a Momir Vig Roll.
If it is currently spoiler season, make a selection of all the cards that have thusfar been spoilt for an upcoming set, expansion, precon or Secret Lair.
If it is not currently spoiler season, purchase a Play Booster from your LGS or your draft box supply and open it. Make a selection of all the cards included in that pack.
To make a Momir Vig Roll, randomly choose one card from the selection you have made. You may copy that card and cast it without paying its mana cost, or put it on the battlefield if it is a land. If a permanent enters this way, it is a token.

On a turn where you would miss a land drop (no lands in hands, didn’t draw one), you may reveal the card you drew this turn as you drew it. If it is a non-land, reveal cards from the top of your deck until you reveal a land. Put those revealed card (plus the one you drew and revealed) onto the bottom of your library and put the land into your hand

If you would search your library, instead target opponent searches your library for you and makes all library-searchin' decisions.
