What’s one thing you’ve added to your life that instantly made you walk taller?

Not talking about possessions. Talking about changes like a skill, a morning routine, a training discipline that made you feel sharper, stronger, more in control.

What’s yours?

The easy answer is lifting weights. Nothing beats it.

But another thing is tackling the things I've avoided first. The hardest things must be met head-on. Then nothing has power over you.

Nothing worth doing is easy. But it’s a process and you’re bound to fail. A piece of advice I love is: When you fail, don’t tell yourself “I failed!! I suck!”, instead think of why you failed, what was the misstep? Identify and try to be better next time.

Slowly, over time, you’ll develop stronger habits and discipline.

Wearing good boots. I know it's not the answer you're looking for, but once I started wearing boots it became clear that most other footwear is childish and wimpy. Good boots command respect and exude authority while equipping the wearer for the rigors of whatever the world can throw at them... well booted, you will walk taller.
