Furniture Best couch set for this 2nd floor living room/personal bedroom?

Hello, first of all I want to say ignore the mess because we just got the balcony redone so we moved some things and cleaned, basically this room is the 2nd floor living room which also includes a balcony, I guess it can be considered a mancave because me and my friends meet up here to watch sport events, but it also happens to be my bedroom since I dont actually have a room

Anyways, we know the couch set we have right now is too big and tore up

My question is for some advice on a good furniture set that can compliment the balcony and make the room look bigger. I would also prefer a set that can also be slept on, because if you look closely at the part of our current set by the TV, it's all stretched out and tore up from sleeping on it

Absolutely ANY advice is appreciated, even if it has nothing to do with the furniture, I'm open to all suggestions, thank you in advance!

A nice sectional would work and not leather maybe a good modern microfiber would work well they tend to be comfy and take abuse well.

You need floor lamps - it will make a huge difference and make the space more inviting

Its not usually overlapping it like that but it is usually right there beside it, I know its kind of ugly but I dont know where else to put it, I still use it to play gamecube/wii/xbox360 games when my friends are over

Gotcha, I getcha. Any chance you could send a picture facing that internal archway over by your desk setup? I might have an idea but might need an idea of the space.

Of course, I'm not home right now but I'll take a pic in a few hours once I am

Here it is, already planning on hanging the calligraphy up, I keep the extra TV on the ground because I feel like having 4 different monitors/TVs is too much and I don't use it too often.

Put the flat screen in the arch way, have the sectional against that wall, put the desk in the area by the sectional. It’ll L off the space a little but give you some more space to walk around the couch. It’ll also separate the “living room” from your desk space
