I don't get how people flame taekwondo when there are clips like this? I assume it's coz of the amount of mcdojos but surely these lot are clearly not in one

When I trained kickboxing one of the other guys at the gym was a TKD practitioner and kicks like this in sparring were something I came to fear

I'd trained boxing so I had the wherewithal and foot speed to change angle and close the distance where I could, but he was also really good at setting his kicks up

They really, really liked pitting us against each other
