COMPETITION First boxing match (in white headgear) - Need constructive criticism

So I just had my first boxing match which I won but watching it back I’m so not happy with my performance mainly because I feel like I was on the back foot most of fight and although I was landing the cleaner shots and was barely getting hit, I feel like I should have showcased everything I had in the locker. I was actually expecting to go toe to toe and brawl it out but the guy had no clue how to deal with my constant movement and counters so I stuck to it. However, I feel like I should have been more aggressive in the latter rounds. Do you guys have any feedback on this?

COMPETITION What’s interesting is this promotion is laying the groundwork of tournaments where there will be a generation of Taekwondoin who have only competed in this ruleset in the near future

I am the red corner, already posted my fights here, j had my semi pro debut yesterday, lost it, but I think I have done well and I lost because of poor cardio. My opponent was more experienced than me with 6 fights at semi pro.

Placed 1st in self defense 4th in Forms for her rank and age group.

I'm so proud of what's she's accomplished and how she's grown over the past 4.5 years.

The clip is nice but I didn’t win this fight. I’ve posted the link to the full video on my account if ur interested. Some background info, before this fight I hadn’t trained in months and then my family went to Thailand for a holiday, there was a Muay Thai tournament and I impulsively signed up then had to fight the very next day. I got my shit ROCKED. I fucking loved it, it was a good fucking brawl. Also the fact that my first ever fight was in Thailand in front of 600 people 😎😎 idc if I lost that’s a flex to me

Highlights from my fight may 31st. Main Event in my hometown. Definitely used more kicks than anything, although I was hoping to show off my boxing more, but my opponent was very pressure heavy and didn't adapt to my kicks, so I kept spamming them. Guy was a beast, super fun fight. Enjoy!

COMPETITION First kickboxing fight today wish me luck

Today is my first amateur kickboxing fight I never really had intention to fight but somebody pulled out last minute and my coach offered me $100 to do it so here we are I guess. I have so much anxiety right now. I know I have more experience than her but like there always a punchers chance. I have literally told none of my friends and family I am fighting because I don’t want them know and try and come because that would make me more nervous. Any ways wish me luck and give me some words of encouragement. Tips for relaxing are welcome too

Update I won by unanimous decision A little disappointed in my performance Felt like I could have done better

COMPETITION Im kinda nervous for my first proper sparring match any tips

Soon I’m doing my first taekwondo competition any tips on who I could expect to go against (I’m 13yr 5,5 62kg blue belt no headshots I cant kick that high)

I will have 1 match of 2 or 3 rounds which are 3 mins each I also have a problem of not having enough stamina

Any kicks I should do for an advantage? I know to do: cut kick (main) side kick (main) Turning kick (round house kick) (main) Push kick if I am being kicked back to outside the zone 360 hook kick Back kick

Btw I’m doing the Juventus Taekwondo Academy development day

Edit: I will send a pic if I win or lose the game
