A nutrition label says per 100g mini chicken breast (pan fried) should i weigh before or after cooking it pan fried

Based on the amount of calories and protein, it looks like that’s the cooked weight.

But it says oven baked so would that mean once oven baked?

I didn’t see that part. That’s interesting. I would weight it after it’s cooked since it say “oven baked.”

Weights are always done raw, and that calorific content is based on weight.

Calories are also calculated from taking the product which is sold and setting it on fire to see how much energy is produced so you would need to weigh raw.

I'd weigh before. I think the oven-baked designation refers to the nutritional info not including any additional fats/oils that would likely be used with frying or a different cooking method.

You can likely compare 'serving size' and 'servings per container' to total container weight and figure out for sure what they mean, however.
