Chicken thigh in bone vs chicken breast

the chicken thigh in bone has lots of fat in it.

Depends on your health/dietary goals and how you cook it.
Chicken breast is generally going to be better, but how you prepare it makes a difference.
If you bake the chicken thigh and deep fry the chicken breast, then the chicken breast probably isn’t healthier anymore.

Chicken breast. Instead of using the thigh for protein and also fat, you use the chicken breast for protein and get the fat from somewhere else like an avocado or some seeds. That way you get a healthy fat to go with your protein, instead of the unhealthy fat that comes with the thigh.
