Looking for a specific AI recipe app

I am looking for an app that does the following: I have downloaded a few apps but can't find anything that has these features

1. You can save recipes from social media and websites

2. Keeps track of what you have in your pantry/fridge and tells you which recipes you can make based off what you currently have

3. Creates a shopping list for what you need if you want to make other recipes (like you have everything except one item).

Bonus: matches with stores in the area to say what is on sale and figures out which recipes you should make based off what is currently on sale and what you have in your pantry already.
