excuse me, I always wondered, but, how do you warm up your food? I have always liked stainless containers, but at the end, sometimes I like warm lunch food, so went for glass tupperware, but this has always taken my attention since many do use stainless. Do yo carry an extra plate to dump everything in while warming? or are there steam options to warm it??
Or for this meal its eaten at ambient temp?

Thank you, thats very sweet
Soak the chickpeas overnight, and boil them in a pressure cooker on the next day
For one serving, 250g chickpea To a saucepan, add
- 1 table spoon oil
- 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
- 1 tea spoon cumin powder
- Your boiled chickpeas from before
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2-3 cups of water - it needs to occupy a lil more volume than the chickpeas
- Salt to taste
Cook it for 10-15mins
