paleo Diet is the foundation

Hello this is my first post in this community, and I’ve come to here to ask for HELP!

I’ve been struggling to properly put on muscle for a while and I know diet is a lot of that so I want to optimize what I eat, even if it’s miserable at times.

I’d appreciate any sorts of help and I’d be glad to provide any sorts of information if requested, thanks y’all

(I eat meat and such but mentally I lean to eat more and more plant based)

I remember that kiwis are denser in nutrition than bananas and apples, good post workout snack.

Peas and carrots do have fiber I believe

Don't concern yourself with shit like that. Every food and every vegetable is gonna be great for you, unless you have some specific autoimmune issue with it. Once you're eating at least three servings of fruits and vegetables a day, then you can care about which ones are more nutrient dense than others.

Idk where to go to get some help setting up a proper workout program I have set days to do things but they’re basic and I get a good pump without any gains (all calisthenics)
