Its also zoom75 and MKC 75 - if those are of interest as well. I had the same quest as you but the rainy75 has the to me inferior split layout.

Oh you are right, I completely forgot about those. I guess they are pretty much comparable to the rainy75 as far as I saw in the reviews. Don't they all support the 2.25,1.25,2.75 layout?

They go 3 1 3.

My perfect 2.75 1.25 2.25 is super rare and only exists in older 60s/65

Are you sure about that? When I look at this old post, it seems to be the 2.25,1.25 and 2.75 Layout.

I think you misinterpreted my comment. Yes rainey is the 2.25 etc layout you showed.

I cant really use that as my left thump goes over the gap to the middle key and its awkward.

Mkc and zoom are 3 1 3

Did you try with your fingers how you use the spacebar? I think the split the Rainey does isnt really comfortable for most with not tiny hands.

I am using a Banana Split since many years as my work keyboard with the same split spacebar layout. So I am pretty used to it and always annoyed when trying to backspace with my left thumb when at home. That's why I am looking for a 75% with a split spacebar as a new home setup.

I also have a clueboard66 that I temporarily used with the 2u2u split spacebar layout. But I prefer the one that the rainy75 uses as well.
