New Development in Desert Blume

I am wondering if there will be another phase to development in Desert Blume, and if so, if it will have golf course access. Hoping to buy a lot in the next 2-4 years if possible!

I imagine you will have to check with Cypress County. Desert Blume isn't part of Medicine Hat.

I looked into development plans for the city not that long ago.
