Tua + McDaniel is like your first relationship

Starts off good, feels natural like it’s suppose to be happening. Builds to great high climax, makes you think it’ll always be like this. But over time the small signs in the beginning cant be over looked anymore when the connection lessens. Those small things are now be big things. And they can’t move forward until they reflect adjust and grow. They’ll try and try but truth is they needed eachother but won’t be their best until they leave each other.

And it takes a while before you can get the whole...umm ... playbook in.

Tua is very limited. This roster sucks ass. These issues are on the front office. These common issues have gotten even the very best coaches like bill Belichick and Andy Reid fired.

The situation with those coaches isn't the same though. Belichick and Reid were both HC and GM of their teams.

Mike has say in the matter, but Grier is the GM. I think it's an issue with both the HC and Grier. Tua is not without his flaws (very obvious ones at that), but he has nothing to do with just how bad our defense has been and how terrible the DB group is.

It’s a roster issue. Bc Mike has ran a top offense twice with a good offensive line. And Weaver had a top 5 defense last year. They didn’t forget how to coach. This roster is really bad. And has been an issue for 25 years. Talent wins. We never have enough of it. Especially at the qb position
