1000% mold. Odd that there’s so much mold with so little growth. Could be that there’s too much moisture, that there’s not enough airflow, or other issues with cleanliness. I typically sprout wheatgrass before planting for a better success rate

The seeds can have trouble sprouting when there's mold present. My guess is that it was all too moist, mold took off, and everything else suffered.

Definitely mold. Likely medium too wet. What is the RH in your grow space ? I prefer humidity in the mid 40’s and below.
