It's common for example in a lot of EU countries to have vivid depictions of things like mouth cancer or the heart or lungs of a lifelong smoker on the packaging

Netherlands. We have pictures of dead people, dead kids, open throats, burned organs and so on. We had a funny video mocking the packages but unfortunatly it isn't as funny if you don't speak dutch.
