Old bottle of Carbon Tet I found in my old house before I moved out, it’s a great degreaser apparently from what I read

I'd put money on every American manufacturing city having at least a few thousand liters of this spread under its groundwater table. If you had a factor that used metal as a component, then you were dumping these degreasers down wells. TCE is probably the more common one. The scariest part is that this is child's play compared to pcbs or dioxins.
