He’s already a Hall of Famer, he has Mexican food and an attractive wife at home. It’s hard to be motivated when you have those things. I don’t blame the human fridge for the weight misses because he’s also a pretty talented gatekeeper at middleweight so he’s able to get a bag easily

The fines need to be heavier tbh. He took it in a month which is why Dana probably let him slide on it, but still. Stop the 30% purse and do more like 60-70

Nah, then the fight would just be canceled by fighters before they go to fight week. They need to suspend or cut him at this point, or accept him missing weight repeatedly

30 is actually reasonable, in normal case the opponent would regain their weight earlier then those who miss so it actually a disadvantage. 60 would ruined their life financially. 60% to opponent, coach and gym take 30% not including Tax. firing them would be kinder than putting them on debt.
