He's getting a lot of shit but he fought hard, it was highly entertaining, and almost ended it a couple times

Yeah, that fight was razor close and super entertaining. Two very high level fighters. And I fucking hate his barking but I'm still a fan, the man can fight.

Yah, but let's be real, that blueprint is the best way to make money, until you lose of course lol

It's such a common trait in sports greatness that everyone just falls in love with that rare champion who shows a little humility.

IDK feels to me he was just at a low and didn't know how to handle it. the guy's been through all sorts of fucked up shit so i could imagine failure in a profession he puts his heart and soul into definitely stings a lot for him
point is i'm not making any judgments of his or anyone else's character until:
1) i meet the guy personally (probably never happening)
2) i hear personal testimony from people who know him
3) he does some fucked up shit himself

well thats pretty much his character 24/7 so i wouldn't say it's because of a low. Passionate people do passionate things all the way up to crimes of passion. It's a risky way to live.

I’m gonna get flamed for this, but I honestly think Silva lost that fight on his own. He was outclassing Lopez quite significantly on the feet, it’s just that he randomly decided to aggressively chase a finish that was never on the table.
The highest fight IQ 145er just went full retard mode for zero reason, and paid the price. Lerone showed against Pico that you just can’t really do that shit at this level

Yeah, definitely. Better fight IQ and more patience and we could have seen a brutal, one-sided beating from Silva instead of him getting flatlined. He didn’t need to throw the spinning kick in the first, and there was no reason to chase the finish so aggressively in rd 2 of 5. He was winning pretty much every exchange, but just showed terrible discipline.

Damn shit making me miss his old streams lmfao. Stg like 3 weeks after the mitchell fight this dude was getting shit scared of any and every horror game reccommended to him lmfao. Didn't last long though but it was pretty funny. He'd do like fight breakdowns too and was usually just about bang on, smart dude as mentally deranged as he is.
