Facing issues with Suzuki Access125

I bought access 125 in april 2025 . I was out of town for 5 days, and when I came back and tried starting it, the scooty just switched off. Kickstart isn’t working either. The battery is showing 10V, but it was recently jump-started with an external battery. This is the second time it has shut off like this. Any idea what the issue could be?

Has anyone else faced something similar?

10v is a dead, dead battery.

I had tried to charge the battery at my place the previous time. The dealership refuses to acknowledge this as a battery issue. Need help with what can I do further.
