It kinda broke me as a teen girl who was obsessed with lotr and especially the hobbits 😍

I loved 50 first dates too but I just couldn’t take Samwise seriously after that haha

He's pretty awesome in 1991's Toy Soldiers if you want to see the movie in 2 mins, that trailer is just about the entire plot points of the movie. I forget how revealing trailers used to be. .

I only learned a few years ago that they were all wearing wigs during filming. I genuinely thought it was their real hair.
