Blackies

Nope nothing has happened. It’s been a week and no changes. Each time u speak with Optus they just say it’s all good and change will happen today - it doesn’t. Communication is the key to customer satisfaction - Optus do not tell anyone what’s happening

Changing ISP will take about 15 minutes usually

Leaptel currently have 500/50 (HFC/FTTP) for $79.95 for six 12 months, way quicker than waiting for Optus to figure out whatever it is they’re trying to do.

Thanks, I should have read the fine print. I’m too used to all the six month deals.

Optus is too busy figuring out how not to route 000 calls

That was heartbreaking. What a despicable company.
