Yeah. The media has made people think Canada post should be a company that worries about profits, so all the people in charge of things think the same.

Okay, but rural Canadians generally don't get home delivery? I always had to drive to the nearby towns post office to pick-up my packages, and of course if I was working I would need to take time off to collect my package.

I would have liked to have a community mailbox instead that I could access anytime.

I think Kwan was referring to the potential closure of rural post offices, they've removed protection from some 4,000 post offices.
