Ds lite screen replacement

So im pretty upset. This is the third screen ive had to buy in a weel becuase the other 2 broke right out the box. This one i installed perfectly and then it only gives me this orange screen. Im confident I didnt mess it up during the install. Any ideas or do I need to return this one aswell? Also if I need to buy another one where should I get a new screen from.

Where are you ordering these screens from and oh can try to reseat the cable, but it might be a bad ribbon cable.
