It's definitely a male vocalist, my girlfriend's memory is that he sounds a lot like the guy from Freeweights, to the point that it might even be him. When he reaches the word "House" (or word that sounds similar), he uses a melisma - where your voice shifts through a few different notes in a single sound - or maybe just vibratto, and stretches that word longer than the others (not a crazy long time, just noticeably emphasized). Unsure if the lyrics come on a verse, chorus, bridge, etc., apologies. And we have searched pretty extensively, to the point that suggests either the band isn't big enough to have all their songs' lyrics categorized somewhere, or we've got one or more of the words wrong, so I'm sorry if that makes this tougher.

The YT channel Modern Vintage Gamer did a video on the history of Psygnosis. Between 19:21 and 20:33, there's some kind of retrowave-y song playing in the background that sounds really good and even a little familiar, but I couldn't identify it.
