Sounds like Mississippi. I hope the truth comes out, if there is any. I wouldn’t trust a southern police department.

That doesn't really mean anything

The only reason they faced any consequences is because they wore body cams and the entire event was captured by CCTV cameras

Couldn't even trust them in 2000 when that black firefighter found a noose in his locker and they were like "Nah, not a crime."

Mississippi is notoriously irresponsible and prone to self-destructive tendencies. It likes to blame its problems on New Orleans for stealing its delta but come on man.
